Summer 2024

Congratulations to Dr. Derek Denney! Derek's exit seminar was titled "The Ecophysiological and Genetic Underpinnings of Local Adaptation in Boechera stricta". He gave a great talk followed by a successful defense of his dissertation. Derek will now move on to be a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Plant Resilience Institute at Michigan State University working with Drs. Emily Jospehs and David Lowry.

Spring 2024

Congratulations to Dr. Inam Jameel! Inam gave a wonderful exit seminar titled "Herbivory and water availability shape the fitness landscape in the montane forb, Boechera stricta", and then successfully defended his dissertation! Inam will join the lab of Dr. Regina Baucom as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Michigan.
